This initial consultation gives us the opportunity to connect, discuss your needs, and explore whether my support is the right fit for you during this stage of your journey.

We will talk about your expectations, desires, and any questions you may have. I will also share more information about my doula support services so that together we can determine whether there is alignment and how we might move forward working together.

A personalized support session for women and families who wish to feel more informed, supported, and empowered throughout preconception, pregnancy, or the postpartum period.

During our time together, we will explore your current questions, needs, and concerns in depth, offering emotional support, evidence-based education, and guidance to help you make informed decisions with greater confidence and peace of mind.
